Greetings, beloveds.  The energy you find yourselves in at this time is moving quickly.  This is dynamic energy, which can shift in an instant, as quickly as an in-breath or out-breath.

Your ability to adjust and adapt to these energy fluctuations is dependent upon your ability to remain present in the moment in a conscious manner, as an observer.  As a detached observer of the process, you will be more easily removed from the discordant interactions of others, as well as from a possible bias toward inappropriate actions by yourself.

It is important to remain centered and focused as these frequencies swirl around you as if you are in the eye of a tornado, where there is stillness within. 

You can accomplish this by remaining conscious and centered during energy disturbances in your life, such as a minor frustration with traffic, an irritating sales clerk, a pushy telemarketer, being late for an appointment and feeling rushed, or anything else that pushes your “buttons” throughout your daily activities.  The moment you feel anger, angst or frustration you are at a “fork in the road,” where you can choose to take a habitual course of action or venture down an alternate route.

As you become accustomed to being an observer rather than overreacting to minor situations in your life, you will develop the habit of being calm and centered in the midst of discordant energy.  Hence, when confronted with a major crisis, you will automatically adopt the same posture, one of an unruffled observer, remaining calm and detached from the situation, even as a participant.  As you practice on minor occurrences, pay attention to your breathing, your thoughts, and your body.  Remain conscious, continue breathing, rather than holding your breath, and allow your body to release tension created by the situation, by placing your attention on the location of the tension in your body and allowing it to dissipate.

At first, you may find that you have already reacted before you realized what happened.  When this happens, we suggest that you replay the scenario in your mind taking a different course of action, as a calm, centered observer.  As you practice on daily situations, you will become adept, responding as an observer when confronted by a challenging situation. With practice you will notice that you are responding to an event in a balanced manner: centered, maintaining a high vibration as it is taking place.

Dear ones, as you practice on minor occurrences in your life, you will become the proficient master you already are; it is a matter of remembering.

Ask for our assistance, and we will come forth to assist you as you take the appropriate action.

Archangel Michael tells us through Ronna*Sacred Scribe that we can tell how we are doing on our spiritual journey by the people in our life and our life experiences.

When we find ourselves continually dealing with challenging situations and hostile people, we are being presented with an opportunity to look within, because these occurrences are reflecting something back to us that lies within.  It may be a thought or feeling that we are not aware of, that the Universe is showing us.  When we don’t use these situations as learning experiences, these events tend to become more intense, until we utilize the opportunity to learn, grow and move on.

If you find yourself interacting with difficult people, my suggestion is to look at the situation from a higher perspective.  Find something about the person that you can appreciate, even if it is only the spark of the Creator that lies within.  Or do some soul-searching to discover what that person is mirroring back to you.  We have the ability to look at this as a positive event, using it to our advantage, initiating change for the better.

This technique can be used for many situations, which include dealing with difficult  people and frustrating circumstances:

Breathe, Center Yourself and Remain Calm.

  • Take at least one breath and center yourself before you respond. Many times we feel that we have to respond immediately when confronted by another person or frustrating situation.  Normally that is not the case; in fact, hesitation will help to defuse the situation.  Do not allow the other person to draw you into a downward spiral of negative energy; remain neutral – do not allow yourself to be drawn in.  Rather than allow the other person’s anger to draw me in, I prefer to allow my calm disposition to help defuse the discordant energy.  Please keep in mind that this works for a frustrating situation as well as a frustrating person.
  • This will give you time to gather your composure, thoughts, and center yourself. I like to smile (even when I’m alone dealing with a frustrating situation) and breathe.
  • Approach the situation as if you are a detached observer, rather than someone caught up in the drama of the moment. One of the most important things to keep in mind is that when another person pushes, do not push back.  Rather, allow the energy to move past you or around you as if you are encapsulated in a protective sphere – think of it like water flowing around a boulder in the river.

It helps to practice with things like minor frustrations so that when we are confronted with anger, we are able to disperse the energy rapidly.

Maintaining A High Vibration – Melchizedek

RadiantHumanGreetings, beloveds.  When basic needs are barely met or you are faced with other life challenges, you are in a perfect space to raise your vibration.  Your first inclination may be to get caught up in fear.  We invite you to look at your predicament in a new light, from a different perspective. First of all, we suggest that you embrace the fear rather than avoid it.  Fear is merely energy – a vibration, a thought form.  As a human you have the ability to change your thought forms, and thereby change your feelings, which will change your vibration and enhance your connection with All That Is.

This may not be an easy task when you first attempt it, but it will become easier as you put it into practice more often.

What you have with challenging situations are opportunities. Challenging situations are opportunities to increase your vibration.  You are never given a problem without the solution.  The solutions to your challenges are always available.

Of course, if you are focusing on the challenge, you may not see the solution, so it is of paramount importance to focus on the solution.

As you focus on the solution, you will receive guidance, which can come from many different sources.  If you are able to see images, you may get a mental picture of the solution.  It may come in the form of an idea.  The solution may come from something a friend tells you.  It can come from anywhere; so we ask that you remain vigilant, remain aware and be present.

You are moving through a time of unprecedented opportunity for personal growth and spiritual development.

We encourage you to embrace your power and accept your role as the powerful human you are.  We ask that you accept your role as the powerful spiritual being you are.  Of course, we ask this only if it feels appropriate for you.

Will it be easy?  Probably not at first, but it will get easier, especially if you ask to move through this phase of your life with ease and grace.  It can be difficult or it can be easy; it is your attitude toward the situation that makes the difference.  Do you look at your life challenges with dread, or do you look at your life challenges as an opportunity to grow – an opportunity to raise your vibration?

RadiantEarthYour frame of mind changes everything.  Your attitude determines your vibration.  Different things happen when you carry a high vibration rather than a low vibration: your world changes.

Peace and confidence about your ability to handle anything presented to you are available.  You have the capacity to manage any challenge that comes your way.  You are not given any obstacle that you cannot overcome.  We ask that you reach inside and find the strength and determination to meet your challenges.

You have reserves available that you have not tapped yet.  You also have help available to you from the other side of the veil when you ask for assistance. When you take that first step, we will be there to assist you when you give us permission to help.  Once again, you must be conscious and aware of the guidance you receive.

You are on planet Earth by choice.  You are here because you wanted to be here during this time to assist with the raising of the consciousness of your planet.  All of the answers and abilities you require to move through this are already inside you, waiting to be released via your vibration.

Ask yourself periodically what kind of vibration you are emitting.  Are you radiating a high frequency or a low frequency?  Are you sending a vibration of strength and power, or a vibration of weakness and defeat?  Are you sending the vibration of one who knows that you are creating your reality, and accepts responsibility for it, or the vibration of a victim, thus avoiding responsibility for your creations?  Are you worrying about the future, or are you grateful for the present?  Are you concerned about where your next meal will come from, or do you appreciate the food you are eating now?  We ask that you be present and appreciate the air you breathe, the water you drink and whatever else you have to appreciate.  Are you worrying about your future, or are you appreciating the beauty in your day, the smile of another person, the beauty of a sunrise or sunset or the beauty of the landscape?

You are more powerful than you know.  You are more capable than you know.  Your willingness to accept and exercise your power and move through your challenges with a high vibration does more good for you and others than you know.

We ask that you embrace your power and consider looking at your world (which includes your challenges) with new eyes and a new approach.  Rather than succumb to life’s hurdles, we ask that you resolve to find your power and exercise it for your highest good and the highest good of all.

We remind you that you are a POWERFUL being and ask that you consider accepting your power.

We encourage you to embrace fear when it comes up and focus on the solutions to your challenges as you anticipate receiving guidance.

You are loved beyond your knowing.

As human beings we are going to find ourselves having negative thoughts from time to time.  The important thing is not to stay in that energy, but to move out of it quickly to a higher vibration.  Therefore, I’m going to share a few techniques I use to maintain a high vibration/frequency:

EMBRACING FEAR

Managing fear so that it does not seize our life is of paramount importance, because if we don’t, it takes over and we are no longer able to move smoothly along the river of life.  Fear will incapacitate us if we allow it to do so.

This is the method I use to manage and transmute fear: First I acknowledge the fear. Then I experience/embrace the fear, allowing it to dissipate.  In many cases it dissipates completely in a moment or two just by acknowledging and experiencing the feeling.  This can take a moment or two, or several minutes, depending on the level of fear.  If it is a deep seated feeling, it may not totally dissipate at first and that is okay; in this case, just move on to the next step.

The next step in the process is to embrace love – embrace the feeling of love.  Allow the feeling of love to permeate your entire being.

After you are comfortable with this method, you will be able to move directly from fear to love at times.  As soon as you notice that you are being fearful, bring forth the feeling of love.  If you find it difficult to easily bring forth the feeling of love, you can think about someone or something you love to get the feeling.

    • Embrace the feeling of Love – Replace Fear with Love

TRANSFORMING WORRY INTO BLISS

You may find yourself just feeling off-center, or you may know right away that you are worrying.  Whatever the case, first say “STOP,” then focus your attention on your breathing for a moment or two to center yourself and be present.

Next, determine what threw you off-center by asking what it was.  In many cases, you won’t have to ask because you’ll know right away what you were doing.

After you determine what you were worrying about, acknowledge that you were worrying and move into the energy, the feeling.  That alone will allow the energy/worry to partially or completely dissipate.

The next step is to create a short affirmation of the opposite.  For example, if you found yourself worrying about finances, you could say something like, “I allow myself to enjoy financial abundance,” then move into that feeling.  Alternatively, you could ask yourself, “What would it feel like to be outrageously prosperous?” or something similar.  Then it is important to move into the feeling and feel grateful for your prosperity.  I cannot over-emphasize the importance of getting into the feeling.

If you don’t have time for the full exercise when you find yourself worrying, you can move directly from worry to appreciation or gratitude.

  • STOP, breathe, question, embrace, state affirmation and appreciate
    • Stop – say STOP and stop worrying
    • Breathe – conscious breathing
    • Question – determine what is bothering you
    • Embrace – embrace the energy and allow it to dissipate
    • State – state opposite affirmation
    • Feel – feel gratitude and/or appreciation for your creation/affirmation

Managing Fear

With all of the negative information in the news many are feeling especially fearful. I suggest not watching the negative news or reading negative news stories. Fear is a very low frequency – a low vibration – that I recommend avoiding. You may be asking, “How do I do that?” Well, I’m going to answer that question very soon.

We are all creators and as such, when we focus on something with emotion we initiate the creative process. Therefore, the more we focus on fearful situations with emotion the more likely we are to draw low-frequency experiences into our lives.

Our creative powers – we all have them – can be used to create good fortune or misfortune. We create beneficial experiences with good thoughts and feelings. By the same token, we create unhealthy situations with negative thoughts and feelings. It’s like two sides of the same coin. The universe is always delivering the sum total of our thoughts and feelings. That is how our world is created. We master our world by monitoring and mastering our thoughts.

Another thing to consider is how we react to challenging situations we are confronted with. What happens to us is not as important as how we respond to what happens to us. When something unfortunate happens we have a choice: we can react with negative emotions or we can act with calm, peaceful, positive emotions – It’s always our choice. The more peaceful and loving we are the more we will experience peaceful and loving people and events in our life. Mastering our emotions, being in control of them, rather than allowing them to control us, is an essential skill to have on our earthly sojourn.

It is helpful to practice on small issues that arise, so that our response will be second nature when confronted with something major. The more you practice the easier it gets. Ideally we would all be continually embracing the energy of love as we go about our day.
