Many don’t believe that they can’t meditate (You can!). This is a brief 10-minute guided meditation to help you go within, relax, and remove stress. After the initial relaxation exercise, you will be reminded to focus on your breathing every few minutes until the end of this 10-minute meditation. After the music ends you can end your meditation or continue meditating on your own.
I recommend that you set your intention. For example, I intend to relax, go inward, and relieve stress.
